Our professional catering staff has been serving the Erie, Pa and western NY areas since we opened our restaurant in Findley Lake.  Our goal is to appease every catering customer, regardless of how small the event.  We know that the only event that is important to you is your own, so we treat each event as if we were serving our own family. 


We are willing to work with any style of event to try to meet your needs.  Whether pickup, delivery, or an event that needs its own kitchen staff, we want to work within the parameters that you desire in a catering service.

We have included a copy of the catering menu that we typically use-but if you have something else in mind, call and let us know.  We'll do our best to make it work.  Make sure to check out the pictures throughout our website to see what our chefs are capable of.

With a host of professional bartenders on staff, we have the capabilities of hosting your event, whether it's in your back yard or an off premise venue.  Allow us to help make sure your big day is as successful as you deserve.

Delicious Dinners

Below are pictures of some of the past dishes that we've produced.  We try to rotate our dinner specials every week to make sure we are appeasing our in house customers in the same way we hope to serve you in your special event.

6 oz. USDA Prime Pub Steak

Cooked to your taste, our 6 oz. USDA prime steak is plated with homemade garlic mashed potatoes topped with homemade beef gravy.  Also served with a side of mixed vegetables.

Char-Grilled Center

Cut Pork Chop

A tender piece of pork chop served over jalapeno corn, onions, and garlic puree.  Topped with sauteed apples, your mouth buds will be thanking you.

Stir Fry

A unique twist on an Asian staple.  Combining different Asian style influences including garlic, ginger, citrus (juice/zest), with spices and sugar added for sweetness.  Comes with fried veggies, rice, and an egg scrambled throughout.  Served with your choice of steak, chicken, or meat.


Our baked salmon meal was covered with a roasted red pepper sauce.  A mix of veggies line the bottom of the plate, including snap peas and corns.  Topped with a lemon garnish, your mouth will be watering before you take a bite.

Mac 'n Cheese

Our award winning Mac 'n Cheese with a twist.  Mixed in is a serving of shrimp.  This isn't the Mac 'n Cheese you had as a kid.

Shrimp-Po Boy

Alexander's version of a southern classic.  Double breaded cajun battered shrimp on a toasted sourdough bread with a choice of mayo or spicy aoli.  Topped with pickles and crispy lettuce.
